the room is big, clean and the bed is nice. very spacious room, there are shops nearby to shop for amenities and other stuffs and to go for dinner. staff are polite and friendly

Hotel is very modern, rooms like new and whole place is spotless. Staff are brilliant, let us check about 6 hours early on 2 separate stays. They open the door for you. Tasty buffet breakfast with lots of choices included. Best hotel I've stayed in Malaysia. I'm surprised doesn't have a higher score/rating. Loads of eating places 5 mins walk away is a bonus. Pool also clean and great to cool off.

The bed was the best thing for me, its very comfy. Besides that, iron in every room is a smart idea, I don't have to call the staff just to get an iron.

Quick check in and check out. The fastest I’ve ever experienced from any hotel. Breakfast provided. Our room had a balcony.
